I'd like to thank Tim Hall of Boardwalk for the amazing photos he did of my property in Long Ashton. He was really nice, unobtrusive and respectful of my space, and quietly moved things around and got the best possible photos, with a really artistic eye for detail. He also put everything back in its right place afterwards. He was also really complimentary about the house and the work I've done on it which made me feel optimistic about getting a good sale through Boardwalk. The ad only went live last week and I've already got 8 and rising viewings this weekend, largely due to the way that Tim has showcased my house and cabin to looks its best. I can highly recommend Tim and the whole team at Boardwalk, they're all friendly relaxed and thoughtful towards their customers and seem to love what they're doing - matching people up to the right home.

Boardwalk were the perfect choice for us.
From the off, it was a great experience. A first great chat with Nick about why we wanted to use Boardwalk, (It was the brightly decorated houses and fab photography that meant we knew they would make our place shine and really push the best features) to the first meeting with Michael when he visited at the start of the journey (some great pointers on what was worth doing and spending on in our prep to sell) ,Meeting Tim on photos day (Cannot sing his praises enough, he's a real asset to the team), then seeing the photos of our little place on the Boardwalk website, it was a smooth process that genuinely had us excited. Which was unexpected considering the stress a house move can be! Everyone we met and spoke to at Boardwalk was really professional, friendly and nothing was missed.
We must also commend the viewing feedback portal process, seeing your viewings go by, see some feedback and then seeing the offers roll in was exhilarating and for the first property we've sold, we're grateful we had Boardwalk on side with everything they had to offer.
We had hoped to do well from the housing market at the time, but the proof really is in the pudding. Our place was sold in a week for a good deal above asking price, need we say more?
Strange to think how something as simple as an eye for detail and honest suggestions gave us the confidence to know we were going with the right agency, and has led us to a great next step in the property market, setting us up for years to come.
From that point onwards, James in Sales Progression was great to touch base with on the progress. I like to get involved on all details and so had a catch up most weeks with him on where we were at. It was good to have one person to go when it came to coordinating things amongst solicitors etc.
Fantastic photography and 3D house-tour (BIG SHOUT TO TIM) and creative marketing targeting the right buyers, meant that a lovely couple moved into our house that had the same tastes in decorating and so loved our place from the first view. The day we left, we were really sure that they would appreciate everything we had worked on and be as happy there as we were.
Boardwalk really showcase the Bristol feel to a house. The energy, the fun marketing, the dynamic presence in the market, they've got it all down to a tee. They are really worth every penny.
If you want to see your house in the best possible light, to the point where you consider staying after all, go with Boardwalk.

We have just sold our house with Boardwalk and have been really impressed with the service, Holly our agent was great, very knowledgable about the area and the market and a delight to deal with. Tim, the photographer also did a great job and we were really pleased with the way it was marketed. We were over the moon with the quality of the potential purchasers lined up to view it and we ended up with 7 offers above asking price. I would highly recommend them particularly Holly.

Boardwalk Estate Agents were highly professional and delivered a great result with my house sale. I initially liked their positioning on marketing and their independence from large agency networks. What counts here during a review… is how they delivered after we selected them? They marketed our property to it’s full potential. The photography from Tim was truly exceptional, and the social media content from Natalie further demonstrated how Boardwalk differentiates from traditional agents (who rely too heavily on Rightmove). That said, our rightmove ad was ‘banging’ compared to other local properties – it jumped off the page due to the photo’s and copywriting. Our agent Holly was very personal, always available and showed her experience at every stage – she owned the process and we had complete trust in her approach. In my day job I work with a lot of high profile global marketing suppliers, and I can confidently say that they could learn a lot from a this Bristol estate agency. They might still be ‘new’ compared to the established names.. but I’d say jump in with Boardwalk, they will surprise you.
