MURRAY LEE, possibly the most well known (and maybe even now the oldest!) NW London Estate Agent has recently opened his own business trading as DREAMVIEW ESTATES at 34 Golders Green Road, NW11 8LL. The formal launch party was Sunday 28th October when many local residents, clients and friends all attended. It wa
s a most successful afternoon enjoyed by all as the pictures can prove.
Certainly Murray, who is a Fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents (FNAEA) and a Member of the Association of Letting Agents (MARLA), may well have been practising in the local area longer than most other agents. He celebrates 40 years in the business in April next year. His knowledge of the local residential market and its values trends is probably unsurpassed. His experience is definitely something that many could not claim to have.
He is well known and respected throughout the area for his integrity and his knowledge of the local residential property market over this period of time. He believes he is now dealing with the 3rd or 4th generation of some families.
One of Murray’s main “claims to fame†is having sold the SAME flat 4 times over 18 years for
4 DIFFERENT owners. He can even reel of the years and prices sold.
He is sure not many can say that ! !
The company handles residential sales and lettings, management, commercial, investments and surveying.
They are open 6 days a week. Weekdays from 7:30am to 7:00pm, 5 days a week with closing only early on Friday for Shabbat and, of course, Saturday. Out of office hours viewings are also available by appointment. However for weekend viewings the office is open on Sundays from 11am to 4pm.
Dreamview Estates offices offer some of the most advanced technology in the area. All the staff use Apple Macs computers with a state of the art software package being able to instantly upload new instructions to the website and the property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Find A Property.
The system also has a facility whereby applicants are emailed or texted as soon as a new instruction is listed putting Dreamview Estates at the top for marketing your home as quickly as possible.
Obviously all members of the team are available on mobile phones with Ipads also on hand, they are almost like mobile offices being able to upload your property to the web instantly and show prospective applicants details of the portfolio of instructions immediately. With the software package, applicants usually get details of the property within minutes of us being instructed. (Assuming the EPC is available)
The modern window display show the instructions to public from 21st century style Flat screen TVs which update instantly as well

Warning for anyone considering letting or renting a property through Dreamview Estates and/or Gabriel Ben-Soussan. Seven days ago 3 tenanted flats at 80 Bridge Lane, NW11 0EJ were served with Emergency Prohibition Orders and all 4 occupants were made homeless. The action of Barnet Council was quick and correct. The EPO was enforced due to the removal of the roof and ceilings, dangerous/faulty electricity, no hot water and heating etc.. The refurbishment should have commenced once the building was fully vacant. But by harassment and bullying some tenants were forced to leave and had never received a Section 21. Amateurs and down right disgusting behaviour from Freeholder/Landlord and Dreamview. When Victor took a dislike to a tenant he then made their lives hell. One time when F3 whom like everyone has repeatedly asked for electricity certificates wrote a review naming him as the unprofessional chap/bully he is , Victor drove round "wanting to rip his head off" which is a bit of a joke considering how scrawny Victor is. It transpires that the electricity meter had been tampered with so the real consumption was not being recorded (photos of before and after taken including a video covertly taken of the two electricians whom attended months ago to make the meter safe whom confirmed the stealing of electricity). Thus explains why nobody had been forthcoming with a certificate. Fast forward to last Saturday 13/11/21 and London Fire Brigade attended and shut down all of the electricity due to it being unsafe as plugs were exploding out of the wall sockets and LFB couldn't even isolate anything. Between the landlord and managing agent whom are experts at bouncing off any blame and responsibility they have made many peoples lives hell. Am representing myself, present tenants and former tenants all whom are happy to come forward in the event either parties want to pursue legal action (which would be hysterical) as all what I have stated is factual and can be proven in a court of law.

Nov 25, 2021This property had quiet tenants but the constant works being carried out where horrendous for neighbours. I walked past and this was on the front door. Dodgy estate agent. I was warned previously not to use them. Thank god I didn’t. I’ve seen loads of negative and 1 star reviews on other social media platforms. Maybe new management? I don’t know how they have higher starred reviews. Makes you wonder the legitimacy of some reviews? I would avoid.

Nov 27, 2021This agent put lives in danger including myself. The tenants went through so much. The rudeness, bullying behaviour and completely ignored complaints by tenants. This agent should be shut down with what they have been able to get away with.

The pandemic has put pressure on landlords and tenants to struggle through sudden unexpected changes in circumstances. Murray and his team have worked hard to support both landlords and tenants to develop plans that work for both parties. Not an easy time for anyone.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Murray Lee and Dreamview.

Try to rip people off and take their hard earned cash then Karma will get you! And looks like it has with the emergency prohibition order for making people live in the worse conditions, no electricity, no roof, no hot water,
If ** tries to do a deal with you then just say no. * when he got older decided to take it out on the tenants and will even show up banging at your door.
Be careful they will send handy men round to cut your electrics, hot water and take your radiators in the middle of winter.
They will also try and withdraw the tenancy protection scheme when you leave to take your deposit
They will illegally bypass electrical meters to not pay what they should on the electric (which you are paying for!)

I have been working with DreamView Estates for over 7 years...and my one thought always is "why can't all agents be like these guys??" I am always blown away by their diligence, competence and eagerness to help in whatever situation. I never feel as if anything I ask for is too much of a burden and their communication is amazing. I always know what is going on whether by email or phone. For a busy Landlord to have the peace of mind that you know when you hand them a task it is definitely taken care and you don't even need to follow up - is a God send. Their style of property management is excellent and Daniel, who I've personally been dealing with, has been excellent in communicating all outcomes, and has gone above and beyond to make sure things go right. I would never look anywhere else for my property needs in Golders Green - Dreamview Estates are my No.1 go-to. Well done to you for setting the gold standard and showing what proper agents should be doing for their customers.

A nightmare experience from day one when we moved into a dirty flat to the bitter end as we were forced out of the property due to a severe mould problem that started after the gas heaters were replaced with very cheap power hungry electric heaters that did not do the job of keeping the flat warm.

There is either a general disregards of tenant complaints or none responsiveness to correspondence, which puts you in a position to literally beg for any action or solutions to your problems.
There is absolutely no accountability starting from the top, the people who are responsible to support you are never available or "not responsible" so you end up getting passed around. If you don't believe me, have a look at the attitude towards the none favourable reviews. Thats what you have to look forward to. Good luck keeping your dignity when you ask for your deposit back.

Just finally completed on selling a house in GG and can honestly say that without Murray at the helm the sale would not have gone through. He is continuously on the ball chasing all the parties even outside normal office hours and can always be contacted day or night and answers calls and messages ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Initially it would be investigated by the Managing Director and we would try and resolve the issue. We are members of all the trade bodies, TPO, NAEA and ARLA so a report can be made to these. We also hold Professional Indemnity for any serious claims. We are always happy to try and mediate the issues to come to a satisfactory solution.
