From my first email I sent I was kept informed threw out to what was going on the customer service excellent always a very pleasant voice on the phone I’m really appreciative for the help and support That was given to me nothing was to much trouble I felt things were sorted very quickly I’m very happy with the outcome thank you Dal one in a million

Should be paying clients to see them. Fees for the worst service ever. Don't pay. Go to burchell Edwards. They were brilliant and helpful. Rory is only 22 but he has excellent manners and a competent manager

Rude, unhelpful and she lied.
After 3 weeks the manager does not care and I bought a flat in Shrewsbury.

On 5.10.15 at 10am I arranged a viewing of a property in Hampton in Arden for 2.30pm same day. They said they also had a viewing booked same property at 12.30pm. We took time from work and travelled over 30 miles and were waiting outside the property from 2.05pm. At 2.15pm the Agents called to advise that the keys had not been returned to the office from the previous week-end and that it was impossible for the viewing to take place." When I challenged that account and asked how the 12.30pm viewing could have happened, the story changed and they said the property was unsuitable". So they fixed the viewing and let us take time from work and travel over 30 miles before deciding to lie to cover their own stupidity. No apology made. We were offered another appointment for the next day; we declined, as we do not deal with businesses that do not take themselves or their own clients (the landlord) seriously. Jokers.

I had the full managed service as a landlord from this shower.
When 1 tennant moved out I had to chase him for outstanding monies as the advice given was that hey couldn't do more than send letters. They arranged a full clean if the house as it was filthy & tried to charge me nearly £1000 for doing so. When I went to view the property post clean, no-one had been in at all. I complained to them but was then told that even though they had arranged the deep clean, I would have to speak to the cleaning company directly ass it was not their job.
This was the top of the iceberg. Calls never replied to, emails unanswered, credit checks on tenants not done properly, poor servuce all round.
In the end I went through their exhaustive complaints procedures that they themselves didn't follow & agreed compensation for mismanagement. I oy got their attention as I looked up the email address of their directors & communicated with them directly (Jim white is currently the CFO).
I am so close to being shot of these - just a small deduction from the deposit from my last tenant to be received, but guess what ? They've deducted rent & legal protection from a deposit when I have no tenants with them any longer! The fight goes on
NEVER EVER EVER use these people. They are useless & uncommunicative.
