We had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process of selling our house with Skitts Bilston thanks to Sam, Jordan and Louise. No question or query was too hard or left unanswered. The valuation provided by Jordan was spot on and we were extremely happy with the selling price he achieved. Viewings were scheduled for Saturday and on Monday we agreed on the sale. The whole process was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner and took only three months. We were selling for the first time and we had a feeling that we can trust the whole team and that they are acting in our best interest. Sam always had time to assist us on short notice. We didn't had to chase a single thing: Louise was always on top of everything, staying in contact with all the parties interested, and in the kindest and most informative way. That kind of help and reassurance are priceless during such a very stressful experience as selling a house; at least it can be from what we've heard as for us this sale was an easy walk thanks to Skitts' team ;). Thank you! We highly recommend Skitts Bilston!!!

Excellent service throughout the very quick sale of my Apartment.
Cannot recommend them enough.
Initial contact Sam was extremely friendly and helpful finding a buyer straight away.
Louise the Sales progressor provided professional friendly service throughout the lengthy completion process keeping me accurately updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble.
We were so happy to find these as other High Street Agents drew no comparison in th selection process of chosing the right Agent.
Would recommend 100%.

My aunt is severely visually impaired, and I live 90 miles away. Without the extra help they gave, at no extra cost, the transaction could well have foundered.
In my experience as a solicitor , I have dealt with many agents and can say that Skitts did a first-class job.
