I called to ask to book a viewing for a property and the lady that answered advised that I need to provide a bank statement BEFORE arranging the viewing. She was very unhelpful, so I have now emailed to speak to the manager about this, and I am hoping he will have the courtesy to respond.

Our experience with Paul Carr was a bit of a roller coaster, with its ups and downs. Initially, we had the pleasure of working with Alexandria and Nicole from the Hamstead branch. They were fantastic—showing us around the property and patiently addressing all our questions and concerns.
Once our offer was accepted, we were handed over to the sales progressor - Lesley. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go downhill. The agent we dealt with was overly pushy and unwilling to explain things properly, which made the process unnecessarily stressful.
After voicing our concerns, I was fortunate to be connected with Carrie Jahn. Although this wasn't her specific area of responsibility, she stepped in and went above and beyond to address my issues and ensure the sale was back on track. Without her help, I doubt I'd be writing this review in such a positive tone.
Thank you, Alexandria, Nicole and Carrie, for your professionalism and dedication in helping us find our first home!

I was appalled at the despicable attitude of this member of staff…
As I stood on the "pavement" outside the Hamstead Branch looking at the advertised properties in the window (I'd also like to add that I had a Walking Stick in one hand and was holding my dog's lead in my other hand).
This member of staff came outside the shop, got into her car, and proceeded to manoeuvre it into a neighbouring parking space in front of me…to which she rudely mouthed to me to "get out of the way" - whilst flailing her arms around impatiently.
I looked towards her, quite speechless at her actions and attitude and motioned to my Walking Stick, whilst mouthing to her… “I'm on the pavement”.
She pulled out of her original parking space and drove up so close to me, she almost touched my legs with her car, then she reversed into the new space. She proceeded by getting out of her car (with a face like thunder) and snapped at me that she didn't realise I had the dog, but that I should have moved!
I again pointed out to her that I was using a Walking Stick and I was on the pavement. Too which she shouted at me, “GET OVER IT!!” and stormed back into the Estate Agents.
I can honestly say that I would expect this type of behaviour from a petulant teenager, but not from a middle-aged woman in her uniform during working hours, and particularly by someone who is being employed within a reputable company.
Because of this negative experience, it has deterred me from ever being a customer with Paul Carr, particularly if this is the way their staff are allowed to treat disabled patrons and I shall deter others from doing business here.
I am disgusted with the whole incident!

As first time buyers, my wife and I were unserstandably anxious about the big step of buying our own property. Our fears were completely alleviated by Paul Carr agents. We were allocated to the ever so supportive agent Michelle Hiley, who with her friendly personality, helped us achieve our wish of owning our house. Communication from Paul Carr, both via emails and telephone, were exceptional. Ms Hiley was reliably available at all times. We felt well supported during the last steps i.e. just before completion, whence Ms Hiley ensured the conveyance process went smoothly through continued liaison with the solicitors. We are extremely satisfied with Paul Carr agents and Ms Michelle Hiley.
