Greenslade dealt with the whole process very professionally and Rebecca did not try to "waffle" to questions that she did not know the answers. Fortunately the Vendor was available. Only dealt with Stephen quickly but was helpful & honest.

We found GTH in Honiton to be a totally professional, reliable and supportive estate agency. The team were totally committed to a successful house sale despite the market being very slow and the property being in a less popular location.
We felt completely comfortable leaving our keys and alarm code with the agent as each member of the team acted with total integrity. From the initial realistic assessment by Stephen Gardner throughout the whole process, we felt he, Rachael, Charlotte and Lindsay made us feel we had chosen the best agency available.

When the initial sale fell through, the property was back on the market the same day, with viewings arranged for that week. In the current economic climate we were able to get an offer after the first viewing. The staff were helpful in setting up the flat details, and asked thorough questions, and sent out a brochure by post as requested. Previously we had tried to sell through 2 other agents but were unsuccesful. I suspect our success was due to realistic pricing and good client targeting, as well as unlocking from Covid. We didn't have a picture in the window as suggested.
