<p>Caution I had a very negative experience with this agency, specifically with Michael and Helyn , in handling the property at *. The property was misrepresented as having a 900-year lease, but it was later revealed through my solicitor that there were undisclosed complications, including a requirement to pay 10% of rental income to the ground-floor unit. This critical information was not disclosed upfront, resulting in wasted time and multiple buyers, including myself, withdrawing from the purchase. When I expressed concerns, I was subjected to threats by Mr. Bolger, who warned he would contact other agents to prevent them from working with me if I left a review. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I highly caution anyone considering this agency to proceed with extreme caution, and I am escalating the matter to The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.</p>

As a landlord dealing with Go View for three years, my advice is to think twice before using their services. In my case , they made a serious error in serving a section 21 notice resulting in dismissal of possession claim. In the second attempt, they failed to provide clear evidence that the deposit registration prescribed information was correctly served on the tenants again resulting in the dismissal of possession claim, the court awarded cost to the tenants and am now facing a claim of £10K for Go View's failure. They have let my two-bedroom flat in West London for an amount which is at least £450 per month less than its current fair market value and even then I can't take possession of my flat for their errors, omissions and mistakes. On top of this they have allegedly served an incorrect rent increase notice meaning the tenants are still paying the same rent that they moved in over three years ago. I am now fighting on two legal fronts, one to evict the tenants and second to pursue Go View for damages caused.

As it says all constructive, honest and fair reviews are welcome, so here it is based on my experience dealing with this agency in Acton. It was my first time to hear about them when I saw a flat first advertised on one of the online platforms and promise it will be my last time to use them. Things should be mentioned first before any holding deposits are placed but they failed to do so, such as Landlord lives next door, flat was covered in mould, large holes in the wall, only coin operated electric meter provided, oven was not working, shower is electric but the agent said it was by gas, etc. These details should be mentioned in the first place instead of letting tenants find out themselves when they move in. When it comes to problems, always unlikely to get a reply from them. When asking about returning the deposit, their true colours then come out. The woman works in the financial part of the company (you name it) snuck out and claimed she was on holiday. What a coincidence! I trust none of them.

Honestly one of the best agencies I have come across. Really professional, attentive and helpful.
