From the moment we contacted WPR in Farnham we had a fantastic and successful experience finding and securing a property to lease. Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. Both Jon and Estelle were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Not only did Jon consistently keep us in the loop from the moment we booked a viewing for the property, he was super speedy with his communications and made the entire process going forward so much easier for the both of us.
When we collected the keys, Estelle was so kind and helpful when setting us up to move into the property. We felt very secure knowing we could get in contact with both of them if we needed any help.

I have used the services of a number of letting agents over the years but the service I have received from WPR is by far and away the best. In this review I want to specifically mention Melissa in the maintenance department who has been incredibly helpful and proactive over the last few months during which time my property has required a significant amount of upgrades and maintenance. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Melissa and she is always upbeat, friendly and knowledgable in all her interactions with my wife and I.

Having previously engaged the services of other Farnham estate agents to sell my property, all of whom failed miserably, I received a spontaneous marketing letter from Stacey Allen. From the outset he was courteous, thoroughly professional and reliable. His conscientious dealing with all my queries and helpful advice were impressive as was his personal commitment and sincerity.
Although I had little reason to speak to his other colleagues, I was always treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency by the rest of the staff when I went into the WPR office or exchanged emails with them.
If this sounds like unusually fulsome praise, it is fully deserved.

I can not commend Jon enough for his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. From start to finish, Jon was there to assist. This was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. Even the viewing Jon conducted for me was a true quality experience. He is without a doubt a role model agent, exceeding my expectations, and I feel so lucky to of come across him on my property search. Any questions I had, right up until the move date , Jon was there willing and ready to assist. He really is the definition of going above and beyond. This man is a role model agent, and any landlord or tenant is extremely fortunate if you get to do business with him. Its rare to find people who take so much pride in their work now days the way Jon does, it makes the whole experience feel special rather then stressful. This was the best move I’ve ever had. I'm am appalled by treatment as a buyer from *. He is unprofessional, full of false stories and a complete liar. His behaviour has damaged my psychological health and it should not be allowed. I am not a vulnerable customer however I strongly recommend he has some training in how he deals with these types of customers as not everyone is as resilient as I.

1. Please raise your complaint with the team member that you have been dealing with. If that team member cannot immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction then please put the complaint in writing addressed to the Warren Powell-Richards Partner for that particular branch.
2. Warren Powell-Richards will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days and we will undertake a thorough and full investigation.
3. You will receive a written outcome of the investigation within 15 working days
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of that investigation please write to Tim Buxton, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards at either our Alton offices, 78 High Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1EN or via email t.buxton@wprhomes.co.uk. He will undertake a detached, further and full investigation and review the circumstances. If the complaint directly concerns Tim Buxton then we have an independent arbitrator who is a retired managing director of a national firm of estate agents who has agreed to independently review complaints on our behalf. Details will be furnished at that time.
5. You will receive a written statement setting out the review findings and expressing the final viewpoint of the Company. This concludes the Companies internal complaints procedure.
6. From initial receipt of your complaint until the final viewpoint letter should be no greater than 8 weeks.
7. Warren Powell-Richards are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. If you are dissatisfied with the final outcome you can refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman at Milford House, 43 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP. www.tpos.co.uk You have twelve months to do so.
