Just bought a place in Colliers Wood - thought it would be simple and straightforward. No chain, empty property but it wasn't. If it wasn't for the dedication and long hours from Rhys (Assistant Manager) it probably wouldn't have completed in the 2 months. Rhys was extremely professional dealing with all the parties with honesty and integrity. His correspondence was notably well written.

WORST service from an agency. We have a back log of over 70 emails in the short time we took tenancy...about 50 of those within the first three months...all about maintenance issues that were/are ignored, forgotten about, presumable deemed as unimportant, etc. We constantly need to repeat information, complaints, etc., and why we were charged the ridiculous amount of agency fees is beyond comprehension and an absolute mystery. Will NEVER use any Eddison White Agency again. Highly recommend that anyone with a full time job, adult expectations of a paid service and no time to constantly repeat information in order to get anything repaired STAY CLEAR!

Turned up to view a property for Let and current tenant had not been informed we were coming however kindly let us in as the agent was late. When the agent turned up he proceeded to have an argument with the current tenant in front of us. We signed up to the tenancy explaining bad credit ratings but were assured it wouldn't be a problem and took our £400. 15 minutes after leaving their office we had a call to say the rent was actually 12% more, they had made a mistake. We still agreed. We processed all out applications that night and then constantly called to check everything had gone through OK. After being reassured for 2 weeks that all was ok we were told we would need a guarantor (non surprisingly they wanted another fee for that) and we only had one week to find someone or we would loose the flat and our £400 - which then happened. STAY WELL CLEAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Eddisonwhite aims to provide the highest standards of service to all their clients, but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following: If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to Nicola Eddison at the address below:
Eddisonwhite, 35 Cavendish Road, Colliers Wood, London SW19 2ET.
The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in-house procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date. Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the in-house review of the complaint, you can refer the matter to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, Beckett House, 4 Bridge Street, Salisbury SP1 2LX.
