I have been through the full process of assuming a tenancy via Parkes Estates and in total it was a good experience. There has been one or two mishaps or miscommunications with the property but it seems it was due to how the previous tenants left it. Throughout I was dealing with Jonas, who was a top guy, always available to talk, working really hard to get everything over the line. Obviously it's a business and they're trying to boost their output but Jonas really was friendly, understanding, and professional at the same time. Would definitely reccomend him.
