We are a young professional couple and we were looking to move to London from Glasgow in about 2 weeks after being offered new jobs. Before working with Parkes, our situation was causing us a lot of stress and every other flat we were calling up from other agents was already unavailable.
Olha and Faiaz were brilliant. We had a very detailed virtual tour around the flat and decided to rent it straight away. All our paperwork was done within 2 days, which was amazing! The staff at Parkes has been very responsive, helpful and understanding of our situation. We also love the new flat! Would strongly recommend this letting agency.
