This is a great agency. We have both bought and sold through SQ and found them very attentive and professional. Their personal touches and knowledge is always breath of fresh air.
I can truly say we would have not sold one of our properties had it not been for Cameron at SQ. He really understood the target buyer for the property and used his initiative to intro a client that hadn’t enquired about our particular property… that client became our buyer. They would not have even viewed if it wasn’t for Cameron’s great instinct and knowledge and of course the trust he had built with them. It’s those little steps that make a massive difference in agencies. As investors we know the importance of a strong team and are always delighted to recommend

I had a really positive experience selling my flat through Square Quarters. I was impressed by Cameron's knowledge of the local market and potential buyers, which enabled him to quickly find the right buyer for my property.
Cameron was an excellent communicator and kept me informed every step of the way and worked hard to ensure that the sale kept progressing when delays occurred due to conveyancing.

I had an amazing experience with square quarters, very professional.
Cameron in particular was very professional, polite, and patient. Was always chasing and leading to completion, very good response times, whether call or email.
If I had to pick on something,
I was a little disappointed with only 1 thing, which was locating gas meter which is in the shop below behind a wall. Knowing about the electric meter (currently stuck on a landlord meter). Alongside an accurate lease remaining, as it was advertised as 125 but remaining is 123.
I think that information should be presented accurately to the buyer although they are minor issues.

Great service and communication from staff.
The staff were very helpful throughout the process, they always answered my calls and tried to help with my questions immediately. I am a student and my process took place during my exams so they were very understanding of my time and allowed me to focus on my work and was able to finish everything after my exams. Im gonna give a shoutout to David and Maliya, just know if you got them then you are in good hands :)
