This is my first time renting in London, and the team at Square Quarters has made it so much easier. Both our agent, David, and the admin team were willing to go the extra mile to meet our requirements, for example a arranging or immediate and multiple viewings or negotiating with the landlord for extra furniture. Super fast response time, never more than 3 hours. A very friendly team overall.

I have now used Square Quarters twice to rent out my flat in Islington and they have been absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and really made the letting out of my flat during difficult Covid times a very smooth process. From Dean at the beginning, (who I knew from last time), who is completely on the ball about the lettings market and so incredibly responsive to emails and calls and always makes you feel as though nothing is too much trouble, through to the absolutely amazing Anais, who is so efficient and organised in dealing with all the back office behind the scenes work. Anais worked tirelessly for me to get the flat organised and I cannot thank her enough for helping keep me calm whilst I had to deal with a couple of issues in relation to the flat from afar, nothing was ever too much trouble and she is a real credit to the business. So different to some of the other players on the Islington High Street, where you are clearly just a number to them. I cannot recommend Square Quarters highly enough and I will always use them to rent out my Islington property. They are polite, courteous and always go the extra mile, supporting me with things that they really didn't need to. Amazing that you have never let your service standards drop after all these years now and both sets of tenants you have found me have been brilliant! The first set stayed four years!

We had used SQ to manage our property for many years now. Recently we had to do some renovations to our old flat prior to new tenants moving in, and because we could not be there in person, Anais did a wonderful job coordinating it for us, throughout the difficult lock-down periods. She was very responsive, both on emails and on the phone, and very patient in addressing any issues that we had during the renovations. We would have liked for her or someone from Square Quarters to inspect the renovations on our behalf, however, we didn't make that clear at the start, so instead we relied on photos / videos of renovation from the contractor, which did give us a good idea of the works carried out. Perhaps next time we would request if SQ could schedule in a post-renovation inspection on our behalf. Regardless, we were very satisfied with our recent renovation and letting-out experience.
