Welcome to The Stow Brothers. Established in 2014 in the heart of one of Londons most diverse and energetic boroughs, we've since expanded to a second location in the neighbouring area of Wanstead covering E11, E7, E12 & E18, where our drive and enthusiasm to make The Stow Brothers the best estate agent throughout
East London continues.

Georgina was very helpful and patient, courteous and friendly. She guided me through the Goodlord referencing process, which was complex, time-consuming and not set up to be user-friendly; it took 5 weeks and 57 emails to get through the referencing system, it was a total nightmare and I could not have done it without her constant support.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I am not a professional landlord and I appreciate dealing with tenants fairly, and with respect. Stow Brothers put a wedge between myself (landlord) and the tenants by constantly ignoring their request or delaying responses. They were allowed to live in a mould ... Read Full Review

Stow Brothers put a wedge between myself (landlord) and the tenants by constantly ignoring their request or delaying responses. They were allowed to live in a mould infested flat for a year without my knowing because our Property Manager, Catherine, did not communicate anything to me. This and a whole catalogue of errors on Stow Brothers' side mean that the tenants did not want to pay for any damage they caused or accept responsibility for a) painting without consent and b) breaking multiple windows.

I would recommend avoiding the Stow Brothers if you decide to let your property. You will do all of the work (or nothing will be done at all!) and you are likely to face tenants who are very, very angry with how you have let them live even though you have not been privy to any issues.
Under qualified, incompotent property managers are unfortunately allowed to survive at this company despite red flags being waved on all sides.

They listen to you and understand what you are hoping for. I will refer them to my friends and family definitely. I have been to other estate agents and they make you feel very comfortable with the process of solicitors, paperwork and the final points. I am a local person and in due course would use them again 100%

I have had the pleasure of working with Suela for a number of years now. She is managing the maintenance of our Victorian house that is rented out. We went with the Stow Brothers for both our flat sale and onward purchase so experienced both sides. We were very happy with everyone that we dealt with from initial contact, photography & marketing through to sales progression.
Their comprehensive knowledge of the local area meant they knew exactly the sort of property we were after and helped us tick as many boxes as possible.
We would like to give a special mention to Lindsey Webb, who helped keep things moving during our sale (a short chain) and purchase (a long chain with many elements to juggle).
Lindsey remained calm during very stressful moments and was professional throughout, communicating with all parties and solicitors and keeping everyone updated.
We would recommend Stow Brothers to anyone buying or selling property in Waltham Forest.
