I did not receive any contact after viewings despite asking for feedback. My house was not properly shown to potential buyers as the agents conducting the viewings had never visited the property and one buyer was told to hurry up with a viewing while the agent stood at the doorway. Another viewing was undertaken by a person i was not expecting, who took photographs of my home without my consent. No financial verification was conducted on the buyer before an offer was passed on to me. The positive reviews on this site are not an accurate reflection of my experience of this estate agent. Disgraceful, avoid at all costs!

I cannot praise the excellent team at the Yelverton branch of Mansbridge & Balment enough. My partner and I both sold our houses 28/02/22 so this review is a tad late....busy times. However, I can say that the entire team at MB Yelverton were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and during the quiet periods we were called and keot updated constantly .
It was a difficult move, selling both our homes and tying it up with purchasing a property for us to live together. We envisaged having to move into rented ...but no....thanks to the team it all came together perfectly.
I have bought and sold many many times over the years. I have dealt with terrible estate agents and ok estate agents. Mansbridge Balment get it right. They are genuinely caring about their customers. I recommend them tenfold.

Fantastic local estate agents; Professional, Friendly, excellent customer care.
They have kept me and my buyer informed every step of the way, I never had any trouble getting feedback or answers to my queries or concerns.
I was informed after prospective purchasers had been to my home almost instantly, not once did I have to chase them to find out how things had gone.
The whole team I have great admiration for, as they all worked brilliantly well together.
To get people working as one happy team aT Yelverton should be commended in these uncertain Covid times.
I can personally highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home.
They made my sale effortless and I wish to thank them all personally:

Mansbridge Balment communicated well throughout the sale process , always doing their best to help and keep things clear with us. Land Registry frustrations (6m to sort an issue despite repeated calls & correct form filling) were clearly not MB’s fault.
