Easy from start to finish with open house, Stafford branch, all members of the team are friendly, well informed and helpful. We loved the pictures of the property and walk through video. Realistic pictures that demonstrated accurately our home.

Rob, Amelia and team were really helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The photos and video taken to present the property were excellent and resulted in a deluge of viewings within the first 24 hours. All at Openhouse were polite, courteous and responsive throughout the whole process. Prior to selling this house (the first I've sold) I had always thought appointing an estate agent was a waste of money. Dealing with OH has changed my mind, they saved me a whole lot of hassle and made the process far simpler than it would've been otherwise. I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

I used Open House for the sale of my property in Stafford. I'd not heard of them before I used them, however i instructed them because they were the cheapest at the time on the market.
They by far exceed my expectations from start to finish and provided a very good service. I found Open House more helpful than my solicitors and I would highly recommend this company. You will also get a 'personal feeling/service' with Open House and I was very happy with how they communicated with me and kept me updated.

In my experience, Open House offer an unparalleled service over much more expensive traditional high street estate agents. I have sold two properties with Open House. One house was only on the market 24 hours before a sale was agreed and the other house for about 5-6 weeks and I honestly thought I’d have difficulty in selling it.
Refreshingly open, honest and transparent, nothing was too much trouble in the way of answering queries and I was always promptly informed of any developments throughout the entire buying and selling process. Communication with all parties involved in the process was outstanding, always prompting and nudging others to expedite matters.
The selling costs of Open House were a fraction of traditional estate agents and I can’t think why anyone would want use much more expensive traditional agents when Open House surpass them in every aspect of selling a property.
