Nothing was too much trouble for Donna, who got back to me immediately - even taking time to reply to me on her day off. She’s a credit to the Chesterfield branch and anyone lucky enough to have her assisting with their sale is in safe hands. Thanks also to Ashley who found me a second buyer without delay.
Fair rates, excellent service and a keen understanding of the local housing market - I’d recommend Hunters to anyone selling in the Chesterfield area.

Our negotiator was Donna Lowe she is excellent.
They are extremely professional and friendly. They respond quickly to queries and enquiries by phone or email. They kept us informed on a regular basis.
Buying and selling houses doesn't always run smoothly but they take all the stress and make it as painless as possible.
We wouldn't hesitate in using Hunters again.

Highly Recommended.
Having bought my house through Hunters Estate Agency 5 years ago they were the natural choice to use to sell it again.
The service provided was swift & efficient. Matt came to take photo's last Thursday, Donna the sales negotiator emailed me the brochure to approve Friday, my house went live Saturday & had my 1st viewer that afternoon. Today is Wednesday & I've just accepted an offer!

This information sets out the procedure you should follow if you wish to complain. You can be sure that we will do our utmost to handle your complaint quickly and efficiently.

Please provide your daytime telephone number and details of your complaint including which staff member you have dealt with. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint and formally respond to you within 5 working days. In the case of more detailed complaints, we may be unable to respond to you within this timescale, where this is applicable we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and advise you of the time it will take to provide a detailed response.
If, in your opinion, your concern still remains unresolved you have the option to take your complaint to the local Trading Standards Officer at Chesterfield Borough Council, or consult your legal adviser.
