This agent is not to be trusted. They breached the Estate Agents code of practise on several counts. They resorted to aggressive behaviour and fabricating of information, and offered no apology for their actions whatsoever. Deal with them at your peril.

This company is not trustworthy. They fabricated a story which resulted in us losing our purchase. I told them that their claims were unfounded but they manoeuvred events to convince the buyer to accept another offer. They are unscrupulous and dishonest. Steer well clear!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
