The team at JNP were fab.
Buying a house is a hugely emotional process and the team at JNP understood our needs, as first time buyers, both in the practical sense and in terms of emotional support.
We experienced a chain falling apart (early doors) and then upon finding our next property, had to sit in a chain for four months before we could actually get the ball rolling. The team at JNP - especially Sue - were fantastic. They made us feel at ease, kept us in the loop and overall have made the process much more enjoyable than it could have been!

I had a difficult time with my tenant failing to pay the rent and not vacating the property at the end of the tenancy , but staff at the JNP Partnership in Princes Risborough were guiding me through eviction process, providing support and paperwork required, and just being there at the end of the phone to encourage me to go on. My problems have been resolved and JNP helped me to find a new tenant, which I am very pleased with.
