Not a great agent and genuinely felt no one cared for me as a customer. I had to call several times to arrange a viewing for a property 87A Elmdene. I managed to speak with a lady and she booked me provisionally for 3:25 the same day on the condition that she would call me to confirm after confirming with the tenants. I did not receive a confirmation and had to look for the postcode of the road myself. When the lady called me at 15:29 she asked me if I was still coming and then confirmed the address. After the appointment I saw that in fact I did get a confirmation 30 min before the viewing. About an hour after the viewing I called to make an offer. I got sent the offer form, which I promptly filled out and send within 30min. As I did not get any acknowledgment, I called again to verify and the woman called Grace informed me there was an offer slightly higher than mine but she would try with the landlord and inform me the following morning. The following day, I did not hear from her, I called several times and was told she is always on the phone. Around 4pm she called me to tell me that the property is now under offer and the tenants have paid and passed references. Clearly, this was a case of extreme unprofessional behavior , I was not called with the chance to increase my offer. When I asked why did the landlord go with the other tenants and I was told it was all about the money. When I questioned Grace why no one called me and I had to chase her, she simply replied I told you last night. Extremely unprofessional and clearly see why they are not a successful business. Will not be using their “service” in the furure. Update: I changed my rating because I dealt with a lady called Liz. I believe she is a senior manager who was very helpful and understanding of my issue with the previous person. From now on I would only deal with Liz and the sweet lady that showed the property.

The member of staff in question has not actually met with you in person however I understand you have had communication over the phone in relation to an offer you put forward on one of our properties to rent. We booked you in for the viewing of the property in question just a short time before the appointment actually took place, so we were unable to send this confirmation out any sooner I’m afraid. We take your accusation of racism extremely seriously as this is completely unfounded and we will be contacting you directly to discuss this further. Unfortunately, the lettings market is very fast paced and competitive at present and if an offer was submitted that was of a higher monetary amount, the landlord is of course within their rights to accept this offer meaning sadly we do have to let other clients down who have also shown an interest. I believe the last conversation had with yourself was that we were going to keep you updated with any further suitable properties and you were happy with this. I will be contacting you shortly.

We have arrived to UK last month and everything was new to us. Let me say thanks first to Kelly, Elizabeth who really helped us a lot We reached out to tolworth Greenfield agency via zoopla for our new flat, they were pretty quick to arrange and confirm the flat for us.
But afterwards they were pretty inattentive, no prooor information we are getting. Every time we need to call them to get an information. We are new here and unaware about so many things. Even just before our moving days no one even bothered to inform for deposit money, flat related information and all. In that case as well I need to call by myself and asking about when I can transfer the amount.
This is unacceptable service, though Kelly from administration team, Elizabeth from letting team helped a lot at the end. Those three star only for them.

Out of all the people I had to deal with while looking for a place with this agency, * was the most unprofessional. She put me on hold for days and days while scheduling viewings, never actually bothering to get back to me when needed and acted in the rudest way possible, hanging up on me while I was still speaking. That's not a way to treat a customer and I work in retail, so I know a thing or two about treating customers and offering good communication, which is a thing I never got while liaising with Grace. Never ask for her, if you're in need of help. She's more likely to put you on hold than actually help.

Without exception, all the staff are friendly and efficient and despite the Pandemic, delivering an expedient service. This from initial enquiry through to moving in and the follow up has also been first class.
Having enquired through other agents, many didn't reply or were indifferent Greenfields were a refreshing change with old fashioned service combined with the latest technology. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenfield if you are looking to rent a property. You won't find a better agent.
