We rented our flat through Pearl & Coutts for just under 6 years, and we were very impressed with them. Dorian in particular is very personable, approachable, helpful and great with communication. No issue was too small, he always kept in touch with us, and repairs were dealt with very promptly. The lettings team overall were very professional. We would recommend highly!

I have rented many properties in London through many agencies and Pearl & Coutts have been the most easy and efficient to deal with. All issues I encountered were remedied rapidly, thanks to the swift response rate and action of Dorian. He handled all issues as a matter of urgency to the best of his remit and I would happily rent a property from P&C in the future.

Very strange experience! Sammy does not seem to know much about anything. We have no hot water and wants us to call the previous tenant, why? We are renting from from them. He has a very detached, can’t be bothered attitude. Even the keys to the meter box, he did not know, much of. it’s like we are not actually paying rent to this agency. It’s just so unprofessional as we are all hard working adults. Hopefully we will get someone to come and sort out the thermostats as we have just moved in.

One year after, we are still missing Dorian. He has been really outstanding over our stay at Greyhound Road. We had a great relationship, he was always quick to respond and always found a way to solve the issues. We have rented few flats in London but we never found the same service. We highly recommend you to use Pearl and Coutts company.

Extremely disappointing experience so far, especially with Angela from Pearl & Coutts. When I have called her at least 10x due to a large outstanding utility and hydro balances and leave a voice note and many many emails, she still hasn’t gotten back to me. Pearl & Coutts also never informed us that the building doesn’t have the appropriate internet cables and Angela has left us in dark on this as well. Word of advice: if you want to keep your job, get back to us and everyone else in the building trying to contact you.

The best estate agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. Excellent estate agents, Dorian Black in particular. Always timely and polite in response, always willing to help with any flat issues and honest!
Whenever they needed to inspect the flat, for health and safety etc, always flexible in timings and did not disturb occupants. People in our building (Holloway Road), have been there for all more than 4+ years, with some long term tenants since the 70s, which is testament to them being decent estate agents!

I rented a studio flat in central London from Pearl & Coutts for 3 years, and found the rent to be quite fair considering the location.
The residential team were always professional, friendly, and helpful. I dealt with Darren, Hannah, Angela, and Dorian and always had a positive experience. Darren was my main contact and was always responsive, fixing any issues with the flat very quickly without any fuss. Dorian made leaving the flat a quick and easy process.
I recommend Pearl & Coutts to anyone renting a flat in London.
