Team member said his name was ineche it was an Indian accent guy who spoke to me , absolutely no empathy nor understanding, he really touched my emotions and my postnatal depression even got worse that I can't even think of how he spoke to me , very bad service. Infact he said he's the only one available in the office today . And rest staff out , I would say be kind you never know what you speak can have a bad impact on someone , please try and understand situations it was hard for me today with my 4 month old baby the journey was not smooth but yet tried my best to be there for the viewings, but circumstances changed on the spot , but still ran with the baby for the next viewing, the lady spoke to my husband and said she's driving and she will be there in few minutes upon waiting waiting happened to call up the lady and she said I understand ur concern it's not me it's the office you call the office , I called up office and spoke to dinesh how unpolite you were , just imagining have I had not called the office I would be waiting outside the house thinking lady is coming in few minutes, and my poor little one…… It also didn't make sense to me if my viewing was at 3 and we rushed and reached the property 3.10 and if I'm told the lady was there at 3 o clock the lady didn't even call us to say look I'm at the property are you guys nearby ,as I just carried the baby and ran with my husband not even put the baby in pram so we can make it , I wonder if the lady was there at 3 sharp than even if we reached so we would not be given enough time to even see the property ? As dinesh mentioned she had to leave as we were late , we reached the property 3.10 I'm wondering would she just say to us you just got 10 mins as I'm getting late and have more viewings. By ineche talks I felt we just go in and come out . .Ineshe , i Understand we got late but it was on spot change of circumstances.I felt talks were very unprofessional there's always a way of putting through things I appreciate that lady could understand us , and she even said I understand your situation. I'm not saying give me sympathy , but what I went through my journey it was stressful hope you could understand. *

I am sorry to hear of the distress you had whilst trying to view properties especially given that you had a new baby, as a father of three I understand how difficult these thing can be to juggle. Having spoken to the team on this incident it appears you was 30 mins overdue for your appointment and although they tried to leave as late as possible for you they couldn't wait any longer. Good luck with your property search
