The staff that have been in contact with myself I have to say have been really helpful in all aspects . The recommendations they have also made has helped a lot from a MA to solicitors. I have found the personnel friendly and very approachable, keep up the good work.

Had an awful distressing experience as a tenant. Dealt with Clair in lettings & had nothing but problems & rudeness after expressing a preference in communication, I did not want to electronically communicate for genuine reasons. Every enquiry since has been met with me being shouted down & not allowed to speak & I have some concerns that need to be taken on board. I have found Clair to be unapproachable, unhelpful & rude & some questionable comments have been directed at me which were not justified or professional. I am left with a problem I have to seek outside help with now & an unresolved complaint which has caused distress & insecurity in my tenancy.
