Lawsons were really accommodating and helpful from the outset. We saw an apartment we liked online, contacted Lawsons immediately and were able to view that same day. They were also able to meet us for our second viewing the very next morning. We went on to buy that property. This was at a time when, because of the stamp duty holiday, properties were being snapped up and agents were run off their feet. None of the other agents we viewed with were as accommodating, communicative or helpful as Lawsons. A good experience all round and I would happily buy or sell through Lawsons again.

In the end our move was far from simple, with a chain that included hard-to-reach solicitors and grouchy buyers some way down the chain. Annie was an absolute godsend through this process, working tirelessly to try to oil the wheels, and keeping us fully informed at all times. Another shout-out, another priceless employee.
