You don't hear this very often about property agents, but what a great company. They were recommended to us 8 years ago and they did not disappoint. So honest, kind-hearted, and professional. I cannot recommend Edward more highly. He has been proactive, positive, encouraging and an all round super star. From hearing by previous buyers what a nightmare they had with their Estate Agent, I cannot disagree more. We have been truly blessed with Edward who has worked tirelessly to keep us up to speed, and has consistently ensured the momentum was maintained to make our hard deadline. Anyone lucky enough to have him working onside should be delighted to have such an experienced and empathic representative on board. Thanks again!

Jack (and his team at Whitlock and Heaps) was the height of professionalism from the word go. He was honest, thorough and explained every step of the sale to me in an understandable manner. There were no hidden fees, I had autonomy over the listing photos, and Whitlock and Heaps found me a suitable buyer really quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move in future.

Super professional and helpful. We moved at a really busy time, but the team were always on hand to support with any questions, or to follow up with solicitors. From the very first day we met Peter, we knew that we had made the right decision to go with Whitlock & Heaps. We’d just had a bad experience with a different agent, and we came to W&H after seeing so many of their sale boards up in the area.
When Peter came to look at our house, he was warm and professional, he knew immediately what the house was worth and showed us some examples of similar houses in the area that he had sold or had on the market.
He and his team, in particular Ed, who was a STAR, were very professional in organising the viewings. They were never late, their communication was excellent, and we knew our house and belongings were completely safe in their hands whilst we were out.
The house sold in less than a month, exactly as Peter said it would, and for the price that he had told us to expect. Everything went so smoothly, we felt so lucky to have found them. From start to finish we were completely taken care of and could not recommend them highly enough.
