Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents were established in 2004 from serviced offices in Mill Hill, quickly outgrowing these offices in June 2004 we moved to our first prime high street location on Station Road, Edgware, where we are still based today 12 years later.
We expanded in the spring of 2009 opening a second o
ffice in Bushey Heath dealing in the highly desirable Bushey & surrounding areas.

From the first time Robert came in and gave the valuation then took a very professional video, until the sale, less than three weeks later, I could not have been more impressed with with the friendly, professional service both he and Alyiun provided. Even afterwards Alyiun kept in touch and kept in touch with the buyer as there was a hold up as I broke my hip and had to delay the completion. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a really good experience selling my flat in London through Benjamin Stevens. This was the second agent I used after the first one over-valued the property and failed to bring in many viewings at all. Rob, my agent, was far more realistic in his valuation and so brought in lots more interest. He did a great job in creating the advert for Rightmove and Zoopla, finding suitable people to bring in for viewings, and then negotiating strong offers for me. Once I'd accepted an offer, Cheryl in the office was an amazing support in helping me through the process and pushing my buyer to complete as quickly as possible. I'd definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
