Couldn't have chose anyone better than Skitts in Sedgley, from the valuation to completion nothing was too much trouble for the team. Adam was professional and courteous. From the first meeting I could tell my sale was in safe hands. Sue and Louise have been amazing from booking the viewings, negotiating all the offers and securing me £10k over the asking price. Anita who did all the viewings was lovely, she was able to answer any questions and gave me feedback when the viewings had been completed. Jo in sales progression is a god send, her professionalism, calm approach and availability made sure any issue was sorted quickly. Thanks to Jo I completed within 2 months! I would highly recommend Skitts Sedgley to anyone who's looking to sell! Thank you for all your help, all the best in the future!

From selling our home with them to finding our forever home they have been amazing throughout. Adam thought of us when going out to see new houses due to our purchase falling through and got us in to view straight away, going above and beyond to keep us updated. Also sending out information immediately to our solicitors to get the ball rolling.
It's a big thing buying that second home and Sue was great in talking through ideas/plans etc.
Having had to deal with other estate agents in the area when trying to find a new home SKITTS are definitely the best.

Skits estate agents sedgley we wished to join mailing list for a property decided to go to branch rather than email as unfortunately we don't seen to get a reply from agents via email. I appreciate that we are coming out if a pandemic but surely if you attend the estate agent premises with out an appointment and wearing masks at least one of the three staff standing talking inside would have the decency to acknowledge that you are there even if just to say an appointment must be made in order to register rather than just ignoring the fact that you are there standing in the high looking like fool
