Absolutely great experience with Seekers, we are first time private renters and wasn’t aware of how it works but Zoe Podesta was great and explained everything to us clearly. On the day we collected the keys we were given a “welcome to your new home” box which had things like snacks, drinks, toilet rim block hand sanitiser in it which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. All in all a great experience, everyone is lovely I would highly recommend Seekers.

Have just sold my property through Seekers and have to say I have had a really good experience with Zoe and the team at Seekers. Wasn’t sure how it would go as I am living in Scotland but straight from the start of the process Zoe gave me confidence that the property would get an offer and sell, I excepted an offer within 2 weeks of it going onto the market and completion was today 9 weeks later, Zoe has kept me informed with the process and if I had any questions they have been there to answer them.

We had a unique situation so made sure to ask all of the right questions on the Monday as Maidstone is a two hour journey from us. We were told these wouldn't be an issue and set up a viewing for Thursday, midday.
They asked us to call them on the morning to let them know we were still coming. We called as we were already on our way, as we had said to them we would be as we lived a while away. I was told that apparently of the 4 questions I asked, 2 would now not be satisfactory and the viewing wouldn't be done.
Even called to double check move in dates the day before, was told that would all be fine.
No apology, just a poor excuse that someone started on Monday. If a aircraft pilot started on Monday, and crashed on Wednesday, I'm fairly sure that would be a poor argument to make. So we now are travelling for no reason and with no understanding from the agent.
They are either not training properly or that's company policy.
Awful company. DO NOT USE IF POSSIBLE.

After waiting 3 months for our deposit, my husband has written a review on Seekers Facebook website. Next day received a message from the owner - calling my husband „SILLY ***** ”!!! How bad is that!? You don't even deserve a 1 star rating... I cant believe how an older man can write such an immature text... you should be ashamed!
