Friendly, efficient and worthy of recommendation. Having purchased a property on the market with Mansbridge Balment our experience was enhanced by the responsive service received. Nothing seemed to be any trouble. We had to request a number of visits to the property for specialist surveys and was accommodated on every occasion. Communication was timely and clear. The property marketing details were accurate and a true reflection of what we saw when we viewed. Sincere thanks to the Tavistock office team, especially Julia.

If you are looking for the best Estate Agents in Devon then just search Mansbridge Balment Tavistock. During an incredibly busy housing market this year (Spring/Summer 2021) I both sold my property with them and bought a property with them too.
Their professional and knowledgeable advice on both sides of this process was second to none. From that very initial phone call , (where first impressions matter) to arrange a valuation everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and clear on how the process would work. Nothing was too much trouble right through from the initial valuation through to securing my lovely new home. In particular Kevin, Julia and Peter have been incredibly supportive during quite a stressful process resulting in a successful completion in time for the end of September deadline. An absolute pleasure to find a team so focussed on providing such excellent customer service where you speak to a human being rather than automated robots!

Was sold a property by * -She claimed she new the vendors well. Since we've moved in we've had a leak in the porch and study, There are massive holes in the walls! The porch is unsafe. I feel she has just taken advantage of a disabled person so she can get her bonus!! My advice is to avoid her like you want to avoid covid!!
