I also let my flat twice now through the letting team, which was very satisfactory.
I dealt with Hassan Ali letting my flat lately, he is very professional and helpful. Business was complete to a high standard in very short time. I can't ask for better.

My girlfriend and I decided we would buy an old house in Dudley and enlisted the help of Danielle Robinson at Dixons, Erdington to help us through the minefield that is house purchase and mortgage.
Our first attempt fell through, which in retrospect we think was a good thing owing to the condition of the property but we decided to stay with Danielle for our second attempt at a house listed on Purple Bricks.
Danielle was always friendly and quick to laugh with us but sharp with regards to business and getting us over the line. She pushed nothing that we decided we didn't need and was able to provide information that we needed as and when we requested. Her knowledge is a major asset to anybody who needs hand holding through a house purchase.
We had one major issue which almost resulted in the loss of the second attempt house, hence the four stars. Danielle however, responded with alacrity, suggesting a solution and then executing successfully.
Personally I never found anybody at all to be short, abrupt or rude and absolutely everybody in that office did their best to make Roxi and myself feel comfortable. I would recommend Danielle, and by proxy the rest of the staff in this office.

We would like to start off and thank our special team in alphabetical order:
Charlotte ,Ewelina,Sam and Sarah....without you guys this sale would not have happened.
Team provided us with an excellent service. We had initially registered with another agency and in the months they had our property, we had to chase for updates. That particular company did not make us feel that we were priority. 18 weeks and no result Dixon's team were SO different. We had updates from get go. Every viewings set up, we got email and text messages. We knew who was going into our property and the outcome. They made us their priority.
There was a constant communication with Sarah, she was the glue ~ our SUPER glue. She was our point of contact from point of sale agreement. She kept the communication going between us, our recommended solicitor and buyer. Assuring and guiding us. All the staff knew the status of our sale it shows the level of their excellence, their professionalism and passion for their job.
We could call anytime and felt free to do so. It really felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from initial conversation,going on the market to sale.
We are really happy with the level of service received by our girls listed and would recommend Dixon's Erdington Branch to anyone if you want an easy, efficient, professional and honest service.
Keep up with the fantastic job guys. We really appreciated all your hard work.

Me and my boyfriend looking for a new flat. We got an appointment, but my boyfriend registered, not me. I wanted to check an other flat on the same road, thats why i called again, and i told them, what is actually what i want. A gentleman said, he will sent me the flat number details, where i can go exactly, ( he didnt sent me anything) I called again, a woman answered, she said , dont worry about your boyfriend name, i can check the flat, BECAUSE WE WILL MOVE TOGETHER, I mean , why is it a big problem? i told them, he has been work, thats why he cant really come with me. I didn't get any details again. I called the 3rd times, and a new colleague told me, she can't give me any details about security things. I tryed to explain her the whole story, but she didn't hear me... She said, her collegaue gonna call me back.. I've still been waiting .... ( i don't really understand, if i am asking just a flat number, because i live too far, and i dont know whole Birmingham, so i mean, i want to use map, why is it a big deal?!! how can i get there????) i absolutely don't like this company.

The worst letting agent I dealt with. They market properties with damp, will lie to you that they will treat the damp professionally. The worst letting agent I dealt with. They market properties with damp, will lie to you that they will treat the damp professionally. After you pay the agency fees they will do nothing and refuse to give you the money back so you have no chance but to accept a property with damp. I have a 8 month baby and I had to live in a flat with damp and a leaking ceiling for 6 months. They failed to deal with it and also refused to give me the deposit, because of damp, despite the fact they did not comply with the law to provide me with a healthy and fit flat to live in. They denied everything thinking that I probably did not save the emails I sent them about damp and leaking ceiling. They did not even want to take a look at the check-in report that states the presence of damp in many rooms. I will report them as they need to be regulated. This is how they many money: by finding people that are vulnerable, preferably from abroad, who don't know the law and their rights, but still need to live somewhere, so Dixons can take advantage of that.

They are the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. On w/c 10th November I called a total of seven times and not once did I receive a response. The customer Service skills are none existent. Constantly having to chase for feed back, inquiring about viewings. In 14 weeks we only had 3 viewings. They have no communications skills what so ever. Photographs on the net where appalling, and I had to provide them with better ones, which they then removed without my permission. Not turning up with clients and not bothering to inform us. We waiting in for two hours on one occasion and was assured they were coming. You guessed it, no-one, not even the agent appeared. Nor were we told. v They are unprofessional and rude, arrogant. I would not recommend them, nor will I deal with them in anyway shape or form. How they are still trading is beyond me!! If I were in charge of them I would sack the lot of them.
