We used Connells for both sale and purchase for our house move. Lauren valued the property, giving clear information about different price strategies from the ceiling price to the ‘sell it quick’ price. After agreeing our price point and the property going onto the market, our house sold after just 4 days on the market for close to the ceiling price. Rob has been extremely helpful in keeping communication across the chain smooth, and is reliable in finding out in a matter of minutes what it can take a solicitor weeks to find out! We would strongly recommend Connells and would happily use them again in future.

Very good experience. The team at Connells cambourne we’re always there to offer there knowledge and expertise when I needed it. No question was ever a problem and they were always happy to speak to me. Lauren from the beginning was there to help out at any cost. Through the long winded process of buying a house, Lauren was always there to support when needed and chase solicitors to ensure the purchase was meeting the deadline.
