Amanda Kingett was the agent who greeted us on our visit to view a house. We crossed paths a Couple of times and on both occasions...she was welcoming,honest and down to earth. Dixons all round was fantastic in the speedy process of buying.. and even my dog loves the house too....

I Was told I would have to send in my AIP to confirm a viewing, something no other agents do!
Anyways i liked the property so with doubts and hesitancy I put in an offer (which was supposed to be best & final) the process was daunting to say the least! Was told to write in my offer accompanied with proof of deposits, ID etc and then wait for a response. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, I had to call several times before I got a reply only to be told to now put in my final offer??!!.. After chasing them up for days I finally got a response saying my offer was rejected, and that was that! Completely kept in the dark, no transparency and awful customer service by the branch manager herself... needless to say I know very well who they favoured with the offers put forward! Don't bother with these "agents", they're a total waste of time!!

I am currently selling my property and buying another all with the help of Dixons. My parents used Dixons in Willenhall and recievd excpetional service throughout the whole process so I used Dixons in Redditch for my own sale and then buying of another property. Despite not being my first time as a buyer I have been somewhat daunted by the experience but so far Dixons have 'held my hand' through it all, taken on even the smallest of jobs to make it easier for me and are always at the end of a phone whenever I call. I cannot reccommend them highly enough, especially having dealt with other estate agents when looking and viewing properties.
