Great job and support from the team and all the people involved in the sale of my flat. Although we withdrew our house from the market before sale, we were very impressed with everything that happened, from initial contact, visit and valuation, photography and web page, arranging viewings, through to our cancellation, which was accepted with no problem. The staff we dealt with, mainly Bonnie and Leah were knowledgeable and always aware of the details of our position. We will not hesitate to go back to Hannells and when the need arises.

Sales progression was frustrating, but partly due to a very slow solicitor.

After the initial chat Bonnie was very positive yet professional as we looked around my house.
She then went through the process and costs as well as giving me a provisional valuation of my property and compared it to other sales in the area.
Thank you Bonnie. I will certainly use Hannells when my decision to move has been made
