I have recently successfully sold my property with Kate ,Ben and the team at Stoneacre Properties Chapel Allerton. I have been very happy with their service from the outset .They are very professional and have an excellent knowledge of the local property market. Viewings were conducted with care and consideration for myself and a vulnerable elderly relative during the covid pandemic,and they remained positive, calm and supportive throughout the process.I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

Having previously tried to sell my house with a free agent, the problems soon arised when I needed to speak to anyone, couldn't get through and the service was completely impersonal. I moved to stoneacre at a very good deal and the house sold quickly after some professional pictures were taken. After this point the point to which we completed, there were a lot of bumps in our chain and having Lorraine to manage this and drive this up and below the chain was paramount to us getting in the house in the time we needed to. Really bad.

I must admit moving house has been one of the hardest things that I have ever done, however, everyone at the Stoneacre branch were amazing and and they helped me each step of the way, from the beginning to the end. Tammy came out for an initial assessment and talk me through the process, making things clear. Then between Tammy, Rafi, Lorraine and Sophie they all made the sale so manageable and I would definitely recommend them. They are an excellent team and they sold my house over night. They also responded promptly to all my enquiries either through a phone call or text, and believe me there was a lot of them. I can fault the service at all. Thank you to you all, I am now in my new house 12 weeks on, and settling in lovely.
