Always spoke to us on our level of understanding. We had a series of issues to deal with, none being the fault of the estate agents, and had two earlier potential sales fall-through; and through all of this Craig & Simon showed great patience and did all they possibly could to keep the final sale from collapsing after several issues beyond our control. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Had 3 estate agents appraise my property and chose Simon & Craig at Open house as they were friendly and easy to get on with. It helped that they were the cheapest aswell and knew what they were talking about. The pictures and description of the property were great and helped sell the property within a day!
Would highly recommend using them as they were on the ball all the way to completion chasing up solicitors and the buyer in order to make sure everything went through as quick as poss.
