Recently sold a property with Dixons, Ian Walker at Birmingham City Centre Branch, has been extremely pro-active, positive and helpful with all aspect of what ended up being a difficult sale process, no fault of the Estate Agents at all, but other extenuating circumstances. But Ian was there constantly at hand to offer advice, thoughts and help with the process from start to finish, on many occasions, he went above and beyond.

We have just had an exceptional experience with Dixons while selling our flat in central Birmingham. Ian Walker demonstrated vast experience of the property market and provided excellent advice when assessing the value of the property and likely sale period. When we had a hiccup due to a water leak in the property the branch stepped in and provided tradesmen to make good in the minimum possible time. The sale went through without any further hitches and we considered it excellent value for money.

Ian Walker was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect buyer for my situation and very proactive. He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. He also had a great friendly comforting voice (which is really reassuring). Always on hand to help, even on unsocial hours which was a real benefit to me. Would recommend him to all of my friends and family due to Ian being such a delight. He is a real credit to Dixons and I thank him extensively for all his help.
