Absolutely excellent service from Katherine Singleton and Paul Marshall. From the very beginning at the valuation, Katherine inspired my trust and I felt sure she would do a good job for me, and i wasn't wrong. Constant helpful attention from both her and Paul, nothing was too much trouble, and a good price attained and a problem-free process all through. Katherine even went above and beyond what I'd expect from an agent, from recommendations for cleaners to advice about what I should and shouldn't be throwing in my skip. Friendly and helpful from beginning to end, I would highly recommend using Katherine and Paul.

They took on the sale of a retirement flat, knowing it wouldn't generate much income and take time. Dudley himself did the evaluation and was a delight. Paul managed the sale and despite it taking forever, he was always polite, enthusiastic honest and it never felt like the albatross we both knew it was. If one believes in supporting local businesses, and has a property to sell I would definitely recommend them

Please allow me to call you that because the services that you have rendered in conjunction with the sale of Badgers Bosk in Whitchurch went well beyond the usual professional efforts.
I had already admired your diligence, diplomacy and honesty when I purchased the property for which you acted as the broker about twenty years ago. That is why, when the time to sell it had come due to my retirement in Switzerland. I entrusted you to act as our broker in this sale.
Your advice was priceless and you put up with much patience with my at times uncompromising reactions. You were helpful in resolving the legal aspects and red-tape involved in this transaction and in making my arrangements for disposing of the furniture in the house.
If ever any friends or acquaintances will be looking to buy or sell a property in your area, I will not hesitate to highly recommend your services to them.
If either of you ever come to Switzerland, it would be the greatest pleasure for me to see you again.
