Given how bad the house purchase process can be in the UK, and has been for many of our friends, we had the opposite with Raine and Co and genuinely had the best service and I cannot fault them at all.

I wish i had done so first time. The service was excellent; communications from Libby Marsh kept us informed and the deal on track and Jackie Bannister provided the proactive advice and finishing touches to make an empty house sell.

Basically if you are selling your House in Codicote Jackie and Raine & Co are the best agents to use. Jackie has an extensive knowledge of property in the area (and achieved a sale considerably higher than other agents recommended listing the property at!). She has a particular attention to detail and is great to really show off any property. Her communication and support from listing to selling and negotiating with buyers was amazing and we can't thank her enough for her support. Andy, her colleague in the sales team was great at managing a particularly stressful/time pressured chain of sales and helped get us over the line in time with all parties. Great service, could not recommend highly enough.

In-House Complaints Procedure
At Raine and Co we are committed to providing a professional service to all of our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help to improve our standards.
If you have a compliant regarding our Sales, Lettings and Management offices, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
â?¢ We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
â?¢ We will then investigate your compliant. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff you dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within fifteen working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
â?¢ If, at this stage, you are not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
â?¢ We will write to you within fifteen working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
