The business was established in 2006 by Kevin Partridge and his daughter-in-law Charlotte Partridge.
Kevin has worked in the Financial Service and Estate Agency Industry for over 25 years. Charlotte had worked for two national estate agents for 10 years and together they felt they could make a difference to the local area.
We both felt that there was a gap in the market for a traditional family business to provide a customer focussed service at a realistic price. The business has grown through the recession and we are continuing to expand our team to ensure we take the business forward. It is our family name so we really do care.
In 2015 we opened our second office in Shirley to allow us to expand our local area coverage.

Partridge homes gave an excellent service from quote to Rightmove etc website presentation. Our property sold within a week but the rest of the process was difficult due to problems with the rest of the chain, throughout this period Paul at Partridge Homes was very proactive , helpful, always available regarding communication and was instrumental in getting our move successfully completed.

Fantastic experience from the team at Partridge over both offices both at Yardley and Shirley. This was our first experience in buying and selling a property at the same time, and although thought this would be daunting and stressful, we can honestly say that Partridge made the whole experience as stress free as possible. We had three valuations on the property we was selling and all in the same ball park. However, from the moment Calum came into our house, we were filled with confidence over his attitude, friendliness and knowledge. We were very impressed with the use of social media platforms as well included in the package in addition to traditional methods to appeal to as wide an audience as possible. There was no hard sell, no pressure and no concerns over if we had made the right decision. Once we had instructed them, they were very quick to take a video of property which is much more effective than just photos and getting the advert live with layout, positive and accurate descriptions and all the details you would want in order to attract interest. Once live, the viewings were arranged swiftly at a time convenient for us, working around our working from home arrangements also. Feedback was given after each viewing and even received an offer of asking price at the first viewing, although this did not stop further booked in viewings taking place in order to create further interest. Once the sale was agreed within less than 10 days of the property going on the market, Paul Partridge kept us fully up to date with where we was with our buyer and we are extremely grateful for the advice and help that Paul gave in helping to secure the purchase on our new property as he had no hesitation in contacting the selling agent on our behalf and assisting with negotiations. The sale went through in a matter of months despite the ongoing Covid situation and can honestly say if we ever decide to move again we will certainly use Partridge following our brilliant experience. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling a property in the future. Thank you to everyone who took messages, answered the phone, conducted viewings and a special thanks to both Calum and Paul for going that extra bit and being able to help in such a swift and professional manner.

Just collected the keys following my purchase. I was very pleased with the service and care received by Partridge Homes. Having used a different agent to sell my home I can say that the difference between Partridges and my own agent was miles apart. Paul and his team have worked really hard throughout the renting process. They have been very professional and friendly. Nikki has always been available and followed up on all our questions and queries. In addition, their Home Move Box was a very nice gesture that showed how they genuinely care about their customers.

When it came time to move in I must say never have I ever seen inventory so precisely done. Any marks pre-move in were noted of and pictured.
They care more about the tenant than making money and that truly came across from both the agent we dealt with aswell as our landlord. Cannot complain whatsoever & I could not be happier with the property and process.
