Ellis Winters sold our mum's property in November 2020. The whole process was very efficient and well managed; we were both kept informed throughout. Responsive, pro-active and we never felt that we were just another number. Lisa kept us informed all the way through and particularly as we neared exchange and completion. Its nice to deal with an Estate Agent who is on the ball and truly focused on excellent customer service. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and have done so several times already.

We initially used Ellis Winters because they have a presence on our local high street and they certainly know the local market.
All the way through the process they were proactive and innovative, in both their approach to how prospective buyers might view the property during lockdown and to us personally, updating us weekly even when there wasn't much to report.
We received an offer right in the middle of lockdown and Stephanie and Natalie kept me fully informed throughout and were available to answer any questions I had.
I highly recommend Ellis Winters to anyone looking to put their property on the market.
And on a personal note thank you very much Mike, Natalie, Stephanie and the rest of the team for all your help and support throughout the whole process.
