Ori is very prompt to respond to any queries and has a quick turnaround to ensure that the raised concerns resolved promptly.

I would like to thank Ori and the Madeley team, we are getting the keys tomorrow to our first rental together. Without Ori and his team we wouldn't have been able to secure a flat to rent. We found that so many agencies in Banbury were not flexible, not helpful and certainly did not go the extra mile. Ori has been on his emails late in to the night and answers texts as soon as he can. We were able to view the property the next day with an evening viewing. Most agencies can only accommodate viewings between 9-5pm. Everything has been clear, smooth and an easy process so we appreciate all your help Ori with securing a great flat.
