PCM have been the third Estate Agents that I have dealt with in the last 6 months and I can honestly say that they are way above the rest in terms of customer care and service. They gave comprehensive and consistent feedback after every viewing and most importantly we felt that as the seller, they were on our side. I would not use another estate agency again. From top to bottom the team handle your matter with efficiency and politeness. PCM estate agents have ben outstanding estate agents in selling my property.
I recommend them 100%! Tom’s valuation was extremely accurate and Nathan, Michael and Tom gave me consistent support throughout the selling process - quickly securing an excellent sale price for my property - which they sold more than once, as I initially withdrew from the sale. Even then they were very empathetic towards me, without any pressure, even though it was on a no sale / no fee contract basis.
Everyone I dealt with at PCM proved to be courteous and attentive, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the market and guiding me at every stage. I really appreciate that they were always professional and friendly, keeping me updated constantly about the sale with honesty and responding to my queries promptly, which I found very reassuring.
PCM are extremely experienced agents and their integrity can be trusted in all matters and I found their advice invaluable.
Choose this agent. You won’t regret it!
