The worse agency in London. We were lied to about the circumstances of the flat (told it was long term repeatedly before being told when we'd moved in by the Landlord it was a short term let). Clearly just wanted get their commission during COVID and will tell prospective tenants anything to get it. Communication terrible, Louis, Farzana and Jay will dodge your calls as long as they can do. Judging by other reviews on here and on trustpilot, if you have any feeling that something is not right then it definitely isn't and they are trying to rip you on and ruin your plans. Avoid like the plague, only a matter of time until they get caught out.

I had a terrible experience with residential realtors through my entire tenancy. When I moved in the flat, my contact person Farzana Hussein (avoid dealing with her) for some reason refused to issue me with an extra set of keys. I only managed to get the keys after directly complaining to the land lord himself. Furthermore, they were extremely late in returning the deposit and only returned it when pressure was applied on them.

With my busy lifestyle / work schedule, i really had no time to research in buying a property or if I could even afford one, therefore had no idea on what the next step would be!
However Dominic Kirby took the opportunity in confidence and explained the procedure ensuring me with a good form of attitude.
In exchange of our conversation he has also come up with a convenient price plan that suited my lifestyle.
Today I have completed a year at my very own home! Throughout the year Dominic Kirby has kept a consistent record of calls once every 2/3 months just to confirm if everything is going well.

The worst estate agency I have ever experienced. They put ghost listings on Rightmove to get new leads. Enquiry to Rightmove listing is never replied instead you get email links to random properties. Enquiry to Rightmove listing is never replied instead you get email links to random properties.
When you do want to view a property you have to email them multiple times to be told property is under offer while on Rightmove it was just posted.
Agents are highly unprofessional and rude. Not sure how such an agency exists in today's age of customer experience.
Landlords please don't engage such unprofessional people.

This estate agent was terrible - I would not use them again under any circumstances.
They missold the rental property, telling us that the landlord had promised and agreed to do a lot of work that wasn't done and the landlord later told us he was not informed of. The contracts they drew up were unclear, including an asterisk that what supposed to signify that the landlord had not agreed to provide that, without any clarity that that was what the asterisk meant.
They were very unresponsive to any comments, and actively rude when we asked detailed questions about the rental contract. They were very difficult to get in touch with, and often unhelpful on the phone. They did not provide an adequate deep clean of the property when we moved in.
All in all - not a positive experience!

Having been a landlord for almost 20 years now with a number of properties, I decided to try Residential Realtors as they were highly recommended by a friend. After approaching Kosh Miah, I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and informative he is about his work. I was kept up to date throughout the process of letting out one of my properties, this has been an issue with previous agencies as I had been the ones chasing them up. Kosh was able to let my property out within the first week, I have now given Residential Realtors all my other properties with confidence that they will let and manage them efficiently. This is an agency I highly recommend.
