Our Paignton Office is located in Hyde Road, which is the main road into the town centre. The office has a double window display ensuring a prominent position as the town is filled with many of our competitors and this helps us stand out from the rest. I have found all staff very helpful, I mainly dealt with Karen and Sam. Craig helped a lot and persevered in getting me a mortgage. Sam helped in showing me the property I bought and going round as many times as needed. But without Karen's support and help the process would have taken loads longer, she's a very determined lady. All in they are a great team of people and would happily recommend them.

Where the truly outstanding service really becomes evident is the over and above support they have given me with the purchase of my new property, despite them not being the agent. From advice on bidding in a sealed bid situation, to negotiating Japanese knotweed. They are clearly not only hugely experienced in their field, they also really care, which to be honest took me by surprise
Everyone at Bradley’s I have spoken to I have always found to be polite and helpful, but a special recognition to Debbie and Karen, who without their help I don’t believe my purchase (my sale through Bradley’s was easy) would ever have happened

Outstanding service and very professional!
Natalie and the team really do understand the rental market and are way ahead of the rest. They rented my property within 24 hours and have an in-depth knowledge of the market and suitable/available tenants.
They keep you fully informed at every stage and you can really trust them to make sure standards are kept very high - a refreshing change.

The service we received from the whole team was brilliant but an exceptionally big shout-out to Karen Griffiths, who never failed to keep us in the loop, worked hard with potential buyers and the eventual buyer, chased solicitors, arranged workmen for a minor repair that needed doing on the property etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company to deal with

if you want to take the stress out of moving home then I highly recommend Bradley’s. From start to finish the team at the Paignton Bradley’s branch were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us to sell our house and nothing was ever too much to ask. We were informed at every stage of the selling process and felt very looked after by the team. Alongside this, the team were always very friendly and honest which made the whole experience stress free. We cannot speak highly enough of Debbie and her team at Bradleys Paignton. We asked Debbie to market our property for us after been very disappointed with the service we received from another estate agents in Paignton. The contrast between the two agents was very stark. All the staff at Bradleys are highly experienced, extremely professional, friendly and approachable. Debbie supported us at offer stage negotiating with our buyer on our behalf. Karen kept us fully informed throughout, liaised with everyone involved and ensured that the sale continued to progress. After survey we relied on the expertise of Karen and also Sharon who liaised with our buyers in resolving an issue which could have resulted in the loss of our sale. We were in quite a long chain and on the day of exchange Debbie spent the entire day on the phone liaising with everyone and went over and above to achieve a successful exchange of contracts for us.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
