I had used a few agents over the years to let out my BTL property. Although they had been quite helpful in finding tenants, Orchard really went the extra mile to select the right tenants for me. Stephen, the owner, with his team were able to market the property very effectively. Finding a suitable family to rent very quickly, they did all of the relevant checks and kept me appraised of the whole process. They informed me of my legal responsibilities, which seem to be always changing, and were able to arrange the necessary tests to be done and official documentation to be completed. Keeping me safe and more importantly my tenants safe and happy. The fees are very competitive and payments are transferred into my account that day. I do not have to chase them up about any issues and receive very good communication from them as and when needed. The team has been a breath of fresh air. Their knowledge, care and friendliness has been exceptional. Thoroughly recommended agents to look after your letting needs. Being a local agent gives a more personal touch.

Recently, I received a new application from a prospective tenant that required a "right to rent" check because they were not UK nationals. Orchard were very professional in their approach.
I have always found Orchard willing to listen and they allow me to rent my property out on the terms that suit me.
Their fees are fair and I have seen no increases or changes of any kind since the new legislation.

I purchased my first property from Orchard many years ago and they managed to get it resold for me this year without listing it on the market. Caileigh and Zoe have been two of the most genuinely helpful and patient estate agents me and my wife have come across during our 7 month house search. Having previously deals with other property estate agencies which deliberately lied to us right up until the moment we lost the house Caileigh and Zoe from Orchard have been a breath of fresh air and helped us the whole way so we got our house in the end.
