Our staff know Prestwood extremely well as they all live within a few miles of the office. Our staff often help the loca
l community sponsoring many fetes, charity events and also the local football team.
The village is one of the largest in the county and boasts two schools, both with outstanding Ofsted grading’s, a leisure centre, parade of shops, parish church and village pubs and restaurants.

I truly believe the quality of an agent is shown in their response to more complicated sales. Our purchase was disrupted at the very end, by unforeseen issues at the bottom of the chain, Tracey and her team went above and beyond to support me as the buyer and the vendor she was representing. She provided me with excellent advice and came up with a solution to ensure we were able to complete the sale albeit not how we had originally planned. I highly recommend the team at the Prestwood office. Unfortunately I didn’t have an agent acting with the same integrity and due diligence in the sale of my property, so I experienced first hand how important having an agent who is representing her vendors with such professionalism is. I would definitely use JNP and their extended services to sell or purchase through.

I have unfortunately contracted with JNP to manage one of my rental properties. I have never in my life seen a company that provided a worse service. I have unfortunately contracted with JNP to manage one of my rental properties. I have never in my life seen a company that provided a worse service. So far in just this contracted year they have had to refund the management fee 3 times as it was blindingly obvious that they had not been doing the job I was paying them for. In both December 2022 and January 2023 they withheld money, for works done on the property, when in actual fact the works were completed on someone else's property. Every time I have had to contact them to get things put right. If this were the last property management company on earth I still wouldn't use them again.

Tracey (and JNP Prestwood) were excellent from beginning to end for us. They looked after us, understood our requirements and kept us informed every step of the way whilst we were purchasing our property.
Tracey was always available to answer any questions we may have had throughout the process. When needed she was also fantastic at chasing up any hold ups with the chain and solicitors.
Would recommend to anyone.
