I have applied for a house to rent and then I called them several times to know the response from the landlord and they said no response! after several days they send me an email to ask if I am willing to pay for gardener and I agreed,after that no response! I went in person to the company and they promised to contact me as soon as possible!!after 2 weeks while checking the right move the let was agreed !!!! They didn’t even contact me to tell me what happened!!! No respect for tenants at all!! I don’t recommend dealing with this agency at all!! I am very disappointed they wasted my time!!

Worst agent ever! 0-star. Both rental and purchase agents farcical. The checkout process and the estimate for repairs is overinflated, curiously matching the deposit amount so that they can com you out of your money!! Worst agent ever! 0-star. Both rental and purchase agents farcical. The checkout process and the estimate for repairs is overinflated, curiously matching the deposit amount so that they can com you out of your money!! Sellers even more farcical claiming that a wast infestation to the front of the property is our problem to fix thought it was not noted at the time of viewing-purchased as seen apparently!! They are only in business due to the fast moving market. The agents are complacent and do not care. Only interest is money. Pity they have a lions share of the market!
