This is most dishonest tenancy company
This is very dishonest tenancy company, everything is ok until you don't vacate the flat. All problems and hidden charges start to appear after you vacate the property.
They took more money than me and they don't give it. Hidden charges come out and they hide them.
The worst letting agency ever, please AVOID them.

When notice was given to them, they stopped paying the rent. They eventually left but I am left with over two month' rent arrears, a very dirty house, damage to the big bedroom with a partition wall that was constructed there. When I asked Ryan Coleman to release the deposit he said I would need permission from the tenants so I sent them a nice email asking for it. They agreed and when I checked my bank account noticed that Cooper's had taken nearly £300 from it. I sent them an email about it -put all the names Ryan Coleman, Mark Cooper, and other partners but email has been ignored.

I had rent guarantee insurance but the Insurers would not pay out as the tenants had insufficient funds without bank accounts and a guarantor had to be supplied in order for the referencing to pass. Please make sure when renting with Coopers to see all the references and that will avoid all the stress later on with tenants. I would not recommend them to anyone.

very poor communication from Rayan and Guido from ruislip branch . I lived in same house for almost 7 years and never had any problem until last month. We always were fixing everything ourself and never asked anything from them. We moved out over a month ago and still awaiting for our deposit back that should be on my account in 3 weeks time. I called many times and always a voicmail with no call back. Yesterday finally I managed to speak to Quido who promised call back by the end of the day but nothing happen again. All I want is my money back as we left house in much better state as when we moved in. Not happy at all

However Coopers provided an excellent service, George was able to find tenants to move into both properties within 2 weeks of completion by recoridng video tours and sending them on to all interested parties.
