very poor communication from Rayan and Guido from ruislip branch . I lived in same house for almost 7 years and never had any problem until last month. We always were fixing everything ourself and never asked anything from them. We moved out over a month ago and still awaiting for our deposit back ... Read Full Review

very poor communication from Rayan and Guido from ruislip branch . I lived in same house for almost 7 years and never had any problem until last month. We always were fixing everything ourself and never asked anything from them. We moved out over a month ago and still awaiting for our deposit back that should be on my account in 3 weeks time. I called many times and always a voicmail with no call back. Yesterday finally I managed to speak to Quido who promised call back by the end of the day but nothing happen again. All I want is my money back as we left house in much better state as when we moved in. Not happy at all

Ryan Coleman and a Guido are the two main personnel who I have regular contact with when I have any queries regarding my property which Coopers is managing for me. They have been my sole agents for about 10 years now.
When I ring I get a response right away, the problem discussed. Ryan or Guido will deal with it ASAP and inform me when the task is complete. Or if it is not possible, then they pursue it and keep me updated without prompting from me.
They do give me exemplary service, always friendly, cheerful and accommodating when I visit the branch which I do quite regularly.
I would commend them

I must say that their service, as provided by Ryan on renewals and Guido with regard to first lettings, has been to the highest, faultless standard, being both professional and extremely courteous.
I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are a landlord.

We haven't completed contracts just yet but they have found us very suitable tenants for our property and have been very communicative throughout. George and Guido are both very professional and sourced tenants in just over a week. I like the fact that they were straight, pragmatic and practical. Good to do business with and my commitment to them is that if they provide me with this service they retain my loyalty.
