I lived in a property taht was maanged by Anglopol for close to 10 years. My landlord was good and the agent was good. Whenever there was an inssue (which was very rare) it was dealt with.

I was living in the property for 11 years managed by Anglopol. The property was old, badly insulated and super cold in the winter but rent was cheap.
Although the landloard did not want to spend money and fix the property, whenever we had any issues with broken appliances, shower or boiler, Anlopol were very quick at solving the problems and they have never refused to assist whenever we needed them.
During the financial crisis I have lost my job and for a short period I was struggling paying my rent but Anglopol were understaning of my situation and did not ask me to leave the property.
I will not say they are 5 star agency but overall they are good local agency and i will happily refer to them again in the future should i ever want to find another property.

Absolute nightmare, they kicked me out of the flat after 4 months because it needed refurbishment, none of the fees I had to pay to move in has been refunded to date, but that's only the beginning of the nightmare.
They gave 2 months notice at first, at the end of the fist month they informed with a rude email that works in the house were starting the following week, so they wanted me to live 1 month in a house while workers were refurbishing it.
As a result I needed to find an accommodation in 10 days not wanting to live in that mess.
Other than that, they have always been extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional.
* please avoid if you don't want to end in the same nightmare I ended.

4 Sept 2019This is not a scam, the permitted administration fee was agreed before the replacement Tenant (Carlo) moved-in to a flat share. One of the other joint Tenants later served notice to quit and consequently the Landlord decided to refurbish his property. We were not rude at anytime and Carlo was not "kicked out" these comments are a defamatory allegation.
